These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bedi baazi ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at bedi-baazi.com. These Terms govern your access to and use of all features, services, content, and functionality offered through the Platform.

By completing the registration process, clicking any acceptance checkbox during account creation, making a first deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the bedi baazi platform in any capacity, you represent and warrant that:

• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions;

bedi baazi reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, though we will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to registered players via the email address associated with their account. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Use of the bedi baazi platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following conditions to register for and maintain an account on the Platform:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. bedi baazi operates a strict 18+ policy in compliance with responsible gaming best practices.

Age Verification

bedi baazi takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling with the utmost seriousness. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation from any player at any point, including but not limited to at the time of first withdrawal, during a routine account review, or if we have any reason to suspect that a player may be under the age of 18.

Acceptable age verification documents include a national identity card (NID), a valid passport, or a birth certificate accompanied by a government-issued photo identification document. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Where an account is suspended pending age verification, any balance held in that account will be preserved and will remain accessible once verification is successfully completed. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, bedi baazi reserves the right to:

• Immediately close all duplicate accounts without notice;
• Void all bets and wagers placed from duplicate accounts;
• Forfeit all bonus balances and winnings generated from duplicate accounts;
• Retain any deposits made to duplicate accounts as a penalty for the violation;
• Permanently ban the individual from creating any future account on the Platform.

Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bedi baazi Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person, allow any other person to use your account, or access any other player's account.

Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing your first withdrawal — and periodically during your account's lifetime at our discretion — we may require you to submit identity verification documents. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until the required documents are received and reviewed.

Deposits

• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus play are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Please refer to Section 6 (Bonuses and Promotions) and the specific terms of each promotion for details.

The following rules apply to all sports betting, live in-play betting, casino games, live dealer games, and any other wagering activity conducted through the bedi baazi platform.

General Betting Rules

• All bets must be placed through the official bedi baazi platform interface. Bets communicated via any other channel (email, support chat, social media) will not be accepted.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player. Bets may only be settled by the outcome of the relevant event in accordance with bedi baazi's published settlement rules.
• bedi baazi reserves the right to refuse any bet, restrict betting limits on specific markets, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where technical errors, incorrect odds, or suspicious betting patterns are identified.
• In the event of a technical failure during the placement or settlement of a bet, bedi baazi will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly. Where a definitive result cannot be determined, the stake will be refunded to the player's account balance.

Cricket Betting

bedi baazi carries extensive pre-match and in-play markets for BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL (Indian Premier League), Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, ICC T20 World Cup, and other major cricket competitions. Cricket bet settlement rules are governed by the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC) at the conclusion of play, including any Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method adjustments applied to rain-affected matches.

Casino and Live Casino Games

General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses issued by bedi baazi are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) is stated in the specific terms of each promotion.
• Eligible Games: Wagering requirements must be met on eligible games as specified in each promotion's terms. Bets placed on games not listed as eligible will not count towards the wagering requirement. In-play cricket bets and certain high-RTP slot games may be excluded from bonus wagering.
• Minimum Odds: Where a bonus applies to sports betting, minimum qualifying odds for wagering requirement fulfilment will be stated in the promotion terms. Bets placed at odds below the minimum threshold will not contribute to the requirement.

These promotions are available to eligible registered players and are subject to both the specific promotion terms and the general bonus conditions above.

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the bedi baazi platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other point of interaction with bedi baazi, including identity documents submitted for KYC verification.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one registered player account on the Platform, as described in Section 3.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players, bedi baazi employees, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game, market, or competition on the Platform.
• Arbitrage and Matched Betting: Using systematic low-risk or no-risk betting strategies — including matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed primarily to exploit bonus offers rather than engage in genuine recreational betting — is prohibited where it is identified as the primary account activity.
• Automated Betting Tools: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any other technology that interacts with the bedi baazi platform without human input to place or manage bets is strictly prohibited.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Deliberately exploiting any software malfunction, pricing error, display error, or technical glitch on the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any profits generated through knowingly exploiting such errors will be voided.
• Money Laundering: Using the bedi baazi platform in any manner that facilitates money laundering, the financing of terrorism, or any other illegal financial activity. bedi baazi cooperates with relevant authorities and will report suspicious transaction patterns in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider after funds have been credited to your bedi baazi account. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of the disputed amounts.

bedi baazi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or at the player's own request.

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your bedi baazi account voluntarily, please contact our support team at [email protected] with a closure request. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your last used verified withdrawal method, provided all withdrawal eligibility conditions are met. Bonus balances and associated winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Responsible Gaming Closures

Suspension and Termination by bedi baazi

Where bedi baazi suspends or terminates an account due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, the following consequences may apply depending on the severity of the breach:

• Suspension of betting and deposit functionality pending investigation;
• Permanent closure of the account without the right to reopen;
• Forfeiture of all bonus balances and promotion-derived winnings;
• Forfeiture of real-money balances where the balance is identified as being wholly or partly derived from fraudulent activity;
• Return of net deposits (deposits minus withdrawals already received) where the breach does not involve fraud.

bedi baazi will make reasonable efforts to communicate account closure decisions to the affected player via the email address on record. In cases involving suspected fraud or legal compliance obligations, bedi baazi may be required to freeze account funds without notice pending the outcome of an investigation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bedi baazi and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or any part thereof, whether due to planned maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our control;
• Errors in the display of odds, game outcomes, or account balances that are corrected in accordance with these Terms & Conditions;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including promotional materials, game descriptions, or betting tips;
• Losses resulting from delay or failure to process a deposit or withdrawal due to circumstances outside bedi baazi's control, including payment provider outages or network disruptions.

Platform Availability

bedi baazi operates its platform with a target uptime of 99.9% and makes every effort to provide uninterrupted access to all players across Bangladesh. However, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that access will be free from technical errors. Third-Party Game Providers

Internal Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of bedi baazi's services — including a bet settlement decision, a withdrawal delay, an account suspension, or a bonus-related disagreement — you should in the first instance contact the bedi baazi support team at [email protected], setting out the nature of the complaint in clear English and providing any relevant account or transaction reference numbers.

bedi baazi aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours (BST, UTC+6) and to provide a substantive resolution response within 5 business days. Complex disputes involving multiple transactions or detailed account review may take up to 10 business days to resolve fully.

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal dispute resolution process, you may request that the matter be escalated to senior management for a second-level review. Escalation requests should be made in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Escalation — [Account Username] — [Brief Description of Issue]".

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall be interpreted to give effect to the original intent of the parties to the greatest extent possible.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and the specific terms of any promotions you have opted into, constitute the entire agreement between you and bedi baazi with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of any kind between the parties.
